In today's global energy crisis and emphasis on environmental protection, improving energy efficiency and developing renewable energy have become two indisputable important aspects of sustainable energy development. Wind and solar energy have received increasing attention from people and have become "green energy" for large-scale development and application prospects. About 20% of the solar radiation received by the Earth is converted into wind energy, and if 1% of the global wind energy is used for power generation, it can meet all energy consumption. 

Therefore, wind power generation, which is the main form of wind energy utilization, and photovoltaic power generation, which is formed by the use of solar energy, have developed rapidly in recent years. China has abundant wind and solar energy resources. With the gradual implementation of various government support policies, the Chinese wind and photovoltaic power markets will be more vibrant.

The export voltage of wind/photovoltaic generators commonly used in China is 690V, and it is necessary to achieve long-distance power transmission through boosting. In wind/photovoltaic farms, cables are generally used to connect the generator to a dedicated box type step-up transformer to raise the voltage to 40.5kV or 12kV and send it to the central substation of the wind/photovoltaic farm. Then, the central substation further boosts the voltage and sends it to the grid. The combination of wind/photovoltaic generator and box type step-up transformer adopts a unit connection of one machine and one transformer.

II. Environmental conditions for use

--The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.

--The ambient air temperature should not exceed+50 ° C and should not be lower than -25 ° C.

--Relative humidity: The daily average is not greater than 95%, and the monthly average is not greater than 90%.

--Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s.

--The installation location should be free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. A small amount of dust, smoke, salt spray, and corrosive gas pollution is allowed, and the pollution level should not exceed level II.

--Seismic intensity: VI degree;

--Ground horizontal acceleration ≤ 0.2m/s; Vertical acceleration ≤ 0.1m/s ^, safety factor 1.67. Note: In special usage environments, if the usage location exceeds the requirements of normal usage environmental conditions, users need to consult with the manufacturer.
