I. Product Overview

FLN36-24KV series SF6 load switch is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 12kV ring network power supply or double amplitude radiation power supply system. It is used to turn on and off load current and overload current, and can also be used to turn on and off no-load long lines, no-load transformers and capacitor banks. The series combination of load switch and current limiting fuse can be used instead of circuit breaker, that is, the load switch is responsible for closing and breaking various load currents, while the current limiting fuse is responsible for breaking larger overload currents and short-circuit currents.

II. Usage environment

a) Altitude not exceeding 1000m;

b) Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40, lower limit -25? C；

c) Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;

d) The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc;

e) No frequent and intense vibrations

III. Main features of the product

-- Double break, three station, rotating moving contact.

-- Good insulation performance, the load switch is sealed with upper and lower shells cast with epoxy resin, and filled with SF6 gas at a pressure of 0.045-0.07mpa inside. The main circuit and grounding circuit system are all placed inside the shell.

-- Good safety performance. If an internal arc occurs and there is a weak structural point at the rear of the casing, it will be blown open. Subsequently, the arc relief valve on the cabinet will be opened and the overpressure airflow will be directed outside the cabinet.

-- Both manual and electric operations are available, making it easy and reliable to operate.

-- Three phase overall installation, good periodicity, few components, easy adjustment and installation, simple and feasible. Maintenance free, long lifespan.
